With a focus on Medicare programs and senior benefits, my role involves consistent agent engagement to ensure they are well-versed in the latest CMS guidelines and market trends.

My leadership philosophy is deeply influenced by my certification in leadership from The John Maxwell Company, shaping my approach to managing our team of 200 agents and conducting impactful training sessions. We prioritize compliance and innovation in our marketing and sales strategies, all while maintaining a commitment to changing lives through financial education. It's not just about securing policies; it's about forging a path to financial stability for each client we serve.

Outside of work, I’m a firm believer in making the most of every moment with family. I love spending time with my wife, whether we’re relaxing at home or simply enjoying each other’s company. I enjoy reading, and you can often find me on the golf course with my son, sharing laughs and competition. One of my favorite ways to connect is having coffee with my daughter and my son; talking about life—those conversations mean the world to me.

I’m incredibly blessed to have my wife, daughter, and granddaughter working alongside me every day—it’s a gift few get to experience. But my greatest joy of all is being with my grandkids and great grandson. They remind me daily of what truly matters. I am a blessed man.
